Every Managed account pairs with a benchmax engineer — a verified domain expert and former PM, side by side with your team. They bring benchmark craft. Your team brings product knowledge. Together, you audit, measure, and improve your quality bar over time.
What they work on with you
- Skills — maps the capabilities worth grading across your product surface
- Judges — writes custom graders for the failure modes your team surfaces

Can I start on Platform and move up?
Yes, any time.
What's the minimum commitment?
Monthly for Platform. 3 months for Managed.
Is my data shared with other customers?
No. Each account is fully isolated.
